County Two-Wood Singles
Men
We had a lot of entrants, and two made it to the semi-finals - Neil Farnish and Dave Simpson -
but sadly both lost.
Ladies
We only had two entrants in this contest, who played each other in the County semi-final,
Julie Skelly beating Mary Price 16-12. Julie then won her County final against Leslie Throup,
and went on to compete in the Nationals.
At Leamington Julie was trailing by five points after 18 ends, but she fought back, and was actually leading in the last end until her opponent drew a shot to win. We wish her better luck next year.
