RINK BOOKING SYSTEM |
The
system is best used on a computer or tablet or phone turned sideways
into landscape mode. If your phone won't do that you may need to tap
the ☰
at the top right corner to find the menus.
Members' Log on ishere
(If you have forgotten your username or password, click Forgotten your
username/password and you will receive reminder/reset emails). If you
are still having trouble then please send an email to Giles at

Once you have signed in, booking a rink is straightforward. The system will enable you to view the Booking Grid on-line and make an instant rink booking. Booking slots are for two hours but you can book a double slot if required.
• Click on Bookings in the top menu.
• Select Booking Grid.
• Select the day you wish to play on and the time slot.
• You will see six ‘buttons’ numbered 1,2,3,4,5,6 to reflect the rink numbers.
• Click on the rink number you want to book. Please try and spread out bookings across the rinks to avoid overplay on any one rink
A screen will pop up headed Create/Edit Booking confirming the details of your booking.

If you select Singles (looking for a partner), a little red person icon will appear on the booking grid next to your booking. This indicates to others that you are looking for someone to play with and people can contact you to offer a game.
For Singles (with named partner), Pairs, Triples and Fours you will be asked to enter the names of the other people playing. If not sure, enter TBC.
When you press OK, a Booking Confirmation window appears.
You will receive an email confirming your reservation (check your junk/spam folder if they don't appear in your in box)
On the booking grid, you will see your name with the slot allocated to you. All your bookings will appear in blue.
Cells in red means that all rinks are booked.
To cancel a booking, click on your name in the booking grid and a window will open allowing you to cancel the booking.
To log out, click on the [-> icon in the top right corner.
